I wanted to make it simpler for you so that you don’t have to go through all the research steps. Of course, I didn’t know the best free blogging tools before I started this blog. During the whole blogging journey, I have tried and tested multiple tools that are helpful for bloggers. Most are free but some tools are paid and are totally worth the subscription.

Now, I use many tools and resources to grow my blog every day. Honestly, it couldn’t have been easier without these tools.
So, if you are starting out or you have already started a blog then you’re on the right page. In this post, I have included some wonderful free blogging tools that I use and will continue using it.

Many new bloggers don’t even know that there are several free tools that can really help to grow your blog. There are tools that people use for free to determine their blog performance.
I have even written a whole post that explains google free tools and why you should use them. I definitely recommend using these three free Google SEO tools for every new or established blogger. Not just these tools are free but give you detailed results on your blog growth. Definitely read the post, and install them on your blog.
2- Canva
Canva is the free blogging tool almost every other blogger recommends using. It’s an amazing image designing tool that works beautifully. Even, the Canva work version is a little advanced and offers other great features. However, if you are just using the free version, it is just fine.
I use Canva Pro to design my own social media graphics including pinnable images, blog graphics, templates etc.

3- Tailwind
Tailwind is a perfect scheduling tool for Pinterest. It can save you excessive time and schedule pins at peak time. The tailwind tribes feature is another reason you should definitely try Tailwind for your Pinterest account. Tailwind also helps to boost your Pinterest followers and traffic.
I personally use Tailwind for my Pinterest account and trust me, it has been a time saver. The Pinterest scheduling becomes painless by using Tailwind.

It’s common that we all make silly grammar and spelling mistakes in our content. Grammarly is the tool that highlights spelling, grammar and punctuation mistakes for you. Now, you can simply add your content in Grammarly and it will automatically detect all mistakes. Or, you can also enable the Grammarly extension to notify of any spelling errors in your document.
It’s free to use Grammarly. However, the premium feature is more advanced and covers multiple things like accurate grammar, sentence structure, punctuation usage, word usage, etc.

5- Mailerlite
Building an email list is essential for your blog growth. Mailerlite is an easy to use tool for bloggers and small business owners. It’s easy to set up forms with mailerlite and enable it on your website. Now, you can create landing pages, automated email series, and unlimited forms. Guess what – it’s free up to 1000 subscribers.

If you have a small business, blog or a freelance career you may often need to create proposals and invoices. Freshbooks is an accounting software that allows you to handle all this stuff.

Social Pug is a free WordPress plugin for social sharing buttons. I have used other plugins like social warfare too but social pug has been my favorite recently.
It works just fine and doesn’t break my website.

Do you want to create landing pages to convert visitors into subscribers? Maybe, you have a free ebook or a free template already ready but you don’t know how to display it well so that more visitors sign up, and download it. Landing pages are simple pages that are designed for one purpose.

Let it be a simple image of a flower to add a beautiful quote or a picture of desk to use it on your pin graphic.

We all know that Google keyword planner is a free tool to find keywords. But, it does not show accurate details of keywords. If you really want to up your organic traffic then finding the right keywords is the key. I recently found out KWfinder keyword research tool which is excellent. This is indeed a remarkable collection of the best tools fo bloggers. In fact, I recently downloaded Grammarly for Android. So now I have the app on my laptop and smartphone as well.
As for SEO, I’m currently using SEMrush keyword research tool. But with your insight on the Google free keyword tools, I will have to try them out.

I started using a real keyword tool last month and holy smoke stacks Arfa… my new blog is already getting indexed for keywords AND 50% of the traffic is from google.
After 10 years she learns… 10 flipping years. It’s crazy. I wish I invested sooner. Never used KWFinder before but I will check it out too 🙂

No doubt, SEMrush is a wonderful tool but I find it little pricey for beginners bloggers but definitely worth investing. But, investing in a paid keyword research tool is essential if you really want to rank. That’s the tool!

Yes, it’s great. I also discovered a tool called wptasty pins where an extra section is provided for Pin descriptions and leaves room for Alt tags to be done properly for google seo ? I have a link for that too, I bought two licenses for both blogs. Worth every penny x
