Do you often get stuck while writing? Have writing challenges? Trust me, you aren’t alone! Being in several writing groups, I realize this is a common struggle for new writers. Every one of us has a unique story to admire people and we think, writing is the best form to communicate our thoughts. A story can be about a pet, school life, fiction, or general obstacles to get over.

Even when you blog, you have writing challenges.

What to write?
How much to write?
What should I write in intro?
How to conclude your thoughts?

How hard you try to improve your writing skills but you cannot defeat your inner critic. When I started out, I had several self-doubts that stopped me to get creative with writing. Sometimes, you want to push yourself to write but again, you have left other tasks undone and find an excuse to write later.

Your inner critic and self-doubt are those obstacles that stop you from accomplishing your writing dreams. Thus, you fail in writing.

Writing Challenges faced by new writers

Emerging writers combat following basic writing challenges every day. Following are few 3 basic writing challenges faced by new writers;

1) I promise to write every day, but I miserably failed

Every struggling writer makes a promise to write something every day. It could be a draft of few words or even a chapter of the new book. Fiction writers give tough time to competitors when they create a novel. Respectively, beginners pay attention to make a writing routine and practice every day.

Not many of us got succeeded in fulfilling the commitment to write every day. But, we definitely attempt to write.

I also end up sometimes with an incomplete draft and come up with an endless excuse to compensate for my early commitment. When I discussed this irresistible problem with my other fellow bloggers, they assured me that it happens with new writers and you will get over it soon.

2) I am scared of writing

Before a writer become loyal, the inner fear discourages his urge to write. That happens with every new writer. Some may believe that writing is an impossible job and he/she is not suitable for it. Some live with the idea that she cannot create good words and her writing skills are not perfect to inspire readers.

Fearfulness can wipe off one’s interest in the respective field; it has to be fought. Unless a writer does not overcome with anxiety and uneasiness, he cannot drive focus on ideas. It’s not about the concept to write good or bad, the assignment is to write!

I was also scared before a year when I actually started maintaining my personal blog. New interactions, appreciations, criticism, and encouragement boosted me up to write frequently.

“It’s perfectly okay to write garbage – as long as you edit brilliantly”, said C.J.Cherryh

Without any doubt, the writing community has incredible writers who willingly comprehend emerging writers.

3) Fierce Competition

If we jump into any field of work, there is stiff competition to sustain. To survive in any workspace, it’s challenging to beat the competitor. A writer has to confront the catchy headlines, book titles, publicity, and exposures. Even, If you are writing a blog post you concentrate on diversified writing techniques, SEO, and keywords optimization to help your blog succeed.

Creative writers use interactive concepts to leverage their brand profiles and create a solid online presence. For newbies, it is thought-provoking to survive in the competitive market. But, with daily practice and learning, you can expand and grow.

Criteria to Overcome Writing Challenges

It’s important for new writers to capture new content ideas, create a draft and fight the enemies. One should not let the content ideas flow away easily. Nowadays, I am constantly keeping my entire focus on the commitment to write every day and generate interesting blog post ideas.

Every beginner has to come out from the basic writing challenges in view to get a flow of writing.

Other than writing, people should keep the entire focus on reading good content. The Internet is flooded with such professional writers whose every word is absolutely paid off. No one wishes to deny the ultimate knowledge and experience of brilliant writers.

Highly informative online classes, webinars, engaging content, ebook newsletters, and emails are the rich source to hover on track and stay motivated.

I love to be a subscriber of super talented blogs. Undoubtedly, the content drives you crazy and I feel astonished to ponder at interactive ideas every day.

Emails are a source of rich cont. Every day, you learn something new! If you want to improve your writing skills then read more writing blogs. Take writing challenges and communicate with other new writers.

Briefly, If I have to become a good writer I have to write every day, practice each day, read every day, and beat off challenges every day.
